Yes, every defected products will be replaced and the cost be refunded by us. If it is urgent, we will send new ones to customer immediately. However, it would take some time for the first production. Then almost zero bad feedback from our customers.

Please send us information for quote: drawing, material, weight, quantity and request. We can accept PDF, ISGS, DWG, STEP and so on, nearly all the file format.
