Rugged group 27 battery box for 12-volt Marine, RV, boat and trailer batteries.
The patented lock tap features a reinforced handle to prevent cracking while the lid is securely secured to the base and repositioned.
Made for shock resistance down to -20 degrees Fahrenheit and a rugged environment that is immune to mountain, gas, oil, as well as ultraviolet exposure.
It limits battery movement, prevents short circuits due to faulty battery pins, collects battery piles, and allows proper ventilation.
It has been certified and tested to meet the codes of U.S. coast guard (USCG) federal rule 183. 420, American boat and yacht council (ABYC) e-10.7 specifications, and packing without frustration.

Snaptop Battery Box is a battery storage solution for Group 27 battery sizes including 12V Marine batteries, RV batteries, Marine batteries and trailer batteries. It features a lockable TAB button that holds the battery cover tightly to the battery case, and adequate ventilation for the battery’s acidic steam. The rugged battery case remains shockproof in minus 20 degrees, and also resists UV protection, oil, gas and other pollutants. Complete installation in a generator set, as well as in a car, boat, camper, motor home, trailer or caravan.
